The worst Super 8 I’ve ever stayed at. Outdated, dingy, dirty, smelly. Couldn’t understand the reception desk worker. Not friendly and my husband who eats anything said breakfast was terrible.

The room we were first given had not been cleaned. The fire alarm went off at 6 am. The internet wasn’t working. But the front desk man was apologetic and the bed was comfortable.

Hole in the wall… literally
Beetles were coming through a hole in the wall, stains on the carpet, and shampoo in ketchup like packets that were impossible to open without a knife or scissors.

This is a nice property. You can tell that the staff takes pride in the location and wants to make it as best as they can. There were lots of tradesmen who were clearly in town working jobs in the area staying when I was there. They were all great folks, it seemed. I never felt uncomfortable and would gladly stay there again. A job well done during my stay.

This was a quiet place we just stayed the night. Its not the hilton. Though for $75 it was good enough there was some peeling paint the rocking chair arm was stapled together and the bed was a little bit lumpy but i slept well. Their breakfast was biscuits and gravy, pancakes cereal baby muffins apple juice, and staff was really friendly.

So so...
It was OK. Was quite loud overnight with people leaving at all kinds of crazy hours. Ice machine wasn't working. Rooms were clean though. So not all that bad 😉

I would hate to blame the staff (who were nice), but the service combined with property condition is what I disliked. There was a "trick" to get my room door open every time, the ice machine did not work, there was only sausage and biscuits, english muffins, milk and coffee (allegedly the pancake machine "doesn't work"). I am bringing this up because I have enjoyed my Super 8 experiences in the past and this was a passable as a n imaginable "Motel 5". This particular hotel seemed to have been put on auto-pilot during the pandemic and whomever supposed to check back, checked-out.

Room didn’t have a remote. when front desk clerk brought remote wanted us to get up walk across room to change Chanel every time then when he changed our room billed us for an extra $25.00 even though not our fault remote missing. New room remote missing back, safe not working, bed is on a metal box and when you sit on bed or get up makes sound like hitting hvac system. Breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy no orange juice no waffles This property had seriously downgraded won’t be staying here again.

Rates were good, just the furniture inside the hotel was filthy and some sketchy people hanging around outside. The owner was very nice though and beds were comfy and overall stay was good.

Room smelt like dirty feet. Chair had an awful smell... Had to put it in the hallway. Housekeeping did basically nothing in the room. Just left a garbage can bag on the sink for us and took our used towels (without replacing them with clean ones).

Had to ask at front desk for shampoo / conditioner as only 2 packets with 4 people staying in room, cleaning lady totally walked away from me when I tried to ask for these items. Breakfast was all starchy foods, no fruit.

Very unprofessional check in. No staff wearing name tags or uniforms. Unsure of who actually worked there. When in my room, staff were trying to get in as if they forgot the room was occupied. Room was decently clean. Sink would not drain. Dirty socks in the corner. If I wasn’t already in need, I would have left, but hotel properties were not available.

My husband has a problem with stairs and our assigned room was on the top floor. The guys worked hard to find us a room on the first floor even if it meant an upgrade at no additional cost.

I called and told them my wife was in a wheel chair, I needed ground floor. Get there, there is no ramp, stairs down. I told then she couldn’t walk, this place terribly run down. I cancelled reservation. Would like my card refunded ASAP, please.
