Newly Built Downtown Townhome 2

  • Enjoy this newly built townhome in the heart of downtown Bismarck! This two-story build was designed with relaxation in mind, with an open concept on the main floor, 20-foot ceilings and windows to bring in natural light. You’ll have access to a private, single stall, heated garage during your stay.

    Conveniently located less than half a mile from local hospitals and less than one mile from downtown restaurants and shopping.

    The Space:

    Come enjoy your own space while away from home!

    On the main floor you’ll be welcomed by the open concept design leading you to 20 foot ceilings in the living room, which is directly off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to cook, a walk-in pantry, and a single cup Keurig along with coffee. In the living room you can relax with views of the backyard/patio or enjoy watching TV.

    Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms with walk-in closets, queen sized beds and room darkening curtains. The main bedroom has vaulted ceilings and direct access to the main bathroom. The main bathroom has a bathtub/shower along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

    Fully cleaned by a professional before each guest!

    Early Check-In and Late Check-Outs:

    Check-in requests for prior to 2:30pm will be considered as schedule allows. There will be an additional fee of 50% the first night’s rate of your stay. Check-in after 3:00pm is no additional fee, but must be communicated and agreed upon prior to check-in.

    Check-out requests for after 12:30pm will be considered as schedule allows. There will be an additional fee of 50% the last night’s rate of your stay. Check-out prior to 12:00pm is no additional fee, but must be communicated and agreed upon prior to check-out.

Great place close to what we needed

We were moving my daughter into college at University of Mary. This is close to everywhere we needed to shop and close to places to eat. Only about 15 minutes away from UMary. The place is just as pictured. Feels very new and was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will choose to stay here again.

Nice clean condo

Everything was top notch, clean and convenient. One thing, not complaining but just giving a heads up the kitchen is not well stocked. Also there is not a regular coffee pot only Kurigg. Also no hair dryer.

Overall a good, spacious house for the price.We had an issue with the pool being pretty dirty when we arrived but it was eventually taken care of. Not sure why it wasn't cleaned the day of our arrival. There was also not enough wash rags available to take baths and showers when we arrived. We went out and bought our own. We were refunded but it's the inconvenience. One thing that's not really apparent from the pictures is the driveway is a pretty steep incline. This can be a dealbreaker for some with certain vehicles, it wasn't for us, but we wished it was made known before booking. Also, the house needs updated pots and pans, they're pretty bad. If you want to cook, better bring your own. Other than that, it fulfilled our needs for a clean, spacious place to lay our heads. Water pressure is a plus.
