"I recently stayed at YOTELPAD Stratford and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The glasses in the room were dirty, and despite reporting this, housekeeping never came to resolve the issue. We also found someone else’s hair in the shower, and there was noticeable dust on the tables and kitchenette area, which made the room feel neglected. The room itself is extremely small—much smaller than it appears in the photos. As soon as you open the door, you’re immediately in the sink area, which feels cramped and poorly laid out. Another issue was the WiFi, which was very slow and unreliable throughout our stay. On top of that, at around 11:45pm, the fire alarm went off, completely disrupting our sleep. When we called reception, we were told it was triggered by another room, but it still took a long time for us to settle back down afterward. The only real positive is the location, which is convenient. However, overall, I don’t think it offers good value for money. In comparison, Premier Inn is more spacious, more affordable, and a much better experience overall. For what it is, YOTELPAD Stratford simply isn’t worth the price. "

"This hotel was fine as it was a 1 night stay before a flight. Room was basic but clean. No bar area so had to walk to the other hotel. Beware you have to pay for parking even though you can't park anywhere else"

"It’s very noisy inside our room. It’s coming from the blower of the aircon and the noise in the toilet is like the flush is filling up water. It’s non stop noise that distracts our sleep. Breakfast is so horrible. Rubbery taste sausage, bland scrambled egg, burnt toast (not allowed to adjust the settings of the toaster). Hash browns taste like saturated in oil, apple juice tastes like diluted in water. Didn’t enjoy it at all. "
