The best place to stay when visiting the amazing ceramic temples of Bishnupur. This hotel was an unexpected gem, with friendly and efficient staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a decent restaurant. It was well worth the price paid.

Location is the only good thing Grossly overpriced Poor service Pitifully understaffed No value for money at all The owner in their response wanted specific examples… so here it goes 1. Insects in attached bathroom (video with caption already provided) 2. Menu item spelled wrongly (e.g. Jerked chicken, don’t want to expand more to risk profanity, picture provided) 3. Stale / rotten daal provided in room service 4. Breakfast starts at 7:30am while the buffet spread was not complete at even 7:35am 5. Food serving at dinner took 25 to 30 minutes after ordering

It would be nice if you speed up your check in and check out processes. You should know the rates agreed and not get into a chat with the customer. At the moment, my credit card has been debited twice. I have to watch out for its reversal

The behavior of the management is extremely bad. We have a train to catch at 7.28am we tried to check out on 7.00am. The management kept us waiting and started arguing for booking room from expedia. And for next time they told us to do bookkng from other site. In bathroom some taps were broken. And the room is not much clean and given with dirty small blanket not enough for two people.
