The reason for my’average’ rating is because the restaurant was closed - and will be until 20th November - and this was the main reason for our opting for this hotel over others. As a result, breakfast was provided by the branch of ‘Capito’ over the road. We had to negotiate with hotel what could be provided to us - and for example paid for butter. There was nothing on the hotel website about this closure and the reason for it...

Self service for drinking water to be filled from the dispenser kept on each floor. Breakfast is good but not wow. The staff is friendly & courteous and offer very good service."
