Large Hotel with swimming pool

Large hotel with swimming pool and garden in government district of Bishkek. We were upgraded to a larger room (suite). Good WiFi, good bathroom. Excellent Buffet breakfast included. Very complicated TV! Kettle and teabags. Nice outside area to sit and get a drink. Very nice deck outside the breakfast room to sit out for your breakfast. Staff sometimes did not understand English very well. We asked for a taxi to the bus station but taxi took us to the border! We had to get the taxi to return to the bus station not too far away otherwise we could not get our bus.

Bishkek holiday

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful in organising tours and transfers which worked out really well. They were helpful at all times and very responsive and informed. Staying at this hotel was a brilliant start to our stay in Central Asia. The hotel too is very nice and centrally located. Food at the bar was also really nice.

I stayed at Park Hotel from 3 March to 12 March 2020. The staff was extremely friendly and the food well prepared. Did not use swim and sauna facilities due to corona, but it all looked very nice. Gym is not great though. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Close to city center, very clean. Friendly staff. Luxury at an affordable price. Rooms a little too warm in the winter with no way to turn the heat down. 24 hour dining room with reasonable prices, and a luxury breakfast included that rivals five star hotels.

Hotel staff were wonderful. They are friendly, kind, helpful and efficient. They take care of you so well, but no pushing. That makes you feel comfortable during your stay. Also, they serve a very good breakfast. That makes your start of the day fine. I loved their omlet and home-made(?) bread so much !! It would have been perfect if the wifi has more stability and a room has a battub.But still, I would return to this place next time.

A Stunning Hotel!

Nicely decorated a beautiful hotel! Definitely high quality service with the smiling faces from the staff around all the time. Excellent breakfast and a beautiful green garden where you can rest and have your coffee and or dinner. Highly recommended.

Great service

The hotel is in a Central yet quiet location. The staff are professional and solicitous. The breakfast and separate restaurant have a nice menu of options and they will also try to do special orders. The spa and pool are great if you have time and remember your swimming suit! It’s also a great conference/meeting venue.

Although the room was slightly dated I had a lovely time at Park hotel. The location is great, the staff friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was fabulous. The swimming pool and the hammer are also nice. The bed was very confy, which was great after few days of trekking in Kyrgyzstan.

The room was fine, the staff did there utmost to help with anything that arrived and my travel plans were in a state of flux. Facilities appeared to be excellent and comprehensive but I was only there for two, so unable to try things out. Would certainly stay there again.

nice and comfortable

its nice clean hotel with friendly staff. the restaurant is great with sitting in the open area. good choices for breakfast. they arranged pick up and drop which was reasonable and efficient.
