The kitchens in all apartments, with their high-quality appliances, invite you to cook and dine together. On the high-quality 7-zone pocket-coil mattresses, you’ll sleep as if on clouds and start the next unforgettable day of your holiday feeling well-rested. From the beautiful south-facing sun terrace, relax in your comfortable deck chair and enjoy the unobstructed, breathtaking view of the impressive panorama of the Berchtesgaden Alps, featuring the Hoher Göll, Jenner, the majestic Watzmann, the Hochkalter massif, and many more. Amenities such as a sauna, a combined bike, ski, and hiking storage room with direct access to the hallway, and fast-charging stations for electric cars as well as additional charging options for e-bikes round out the offerings of this first-class holiday rental. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building. In the guesthouse laundry room, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee.
The “Watzmann” apartment consists of a bedroom, a combined living/dining area, a spacious bathroom with a large shower, and a wraparound balcony. It is located on the ground floor of the main building and can accommodate up to four people.
The apartment has been rated 5 stars by the DTV for occupancy by two people.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable, backlit double bed measuring 180×200 cm with high-quality pocket-coil mattresses, a wardrobe with an adjacent coat rack, as well as luggage storage and a built-in laptop safe. In the combined living/dining area, a full-size sofa bed with a 160×200 cm mattress is available for the third and fourth guests. Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with flat-screen smart TVs with satellite connections.
The fully equipped built-in kitchen features brand-name appliances, including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, and oven. A large dining table with four armchairs invites you to linger. Both the living area and the bedroom offer direct access to the covered balcony, which faces south and west and features a cosy seating and dining area. From here, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed, breathtaking view of the impressive panorama of the Berchtesgaden Alps and the majestic Watzmann.
The cosy sauna with a relaxation room offers you and your family soothing relaxation after an active day in the mountains and is available to all guests free of charge. In a separate laundry room, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee. A spacious, separate, and heated bike and ski storage room with direct access to the stairwell provides secure and dry storage for your bike or e-bike (including a charging station), as well as your skis and hiking boots. The house has its own access to the Soleleitungsweg, the well-known hiking trail between Berchtesgaden and Bad Reichenhall.
