"Clean, safe, nice staff.
My only complaint was that when booking there was no info that indicated how difficult it would be to get to this hotel. I booked because it was advertised as being close to the airport. Unfortunately, because Terminal 2 is closed for remodeling, it was VERY difficult to get to on foot with luggage. All the maps apps said we could walk/tram there (I checked before I booked). The walking map wanted you to get off the sky tram at Terminal 2 and then walk a short distance. Since terminal 2 is closed, that wasn't possible. We ended up having to figure out how to use the city subway to go one stop from Terminal 1 to get closer to the hotel. Subway was hard to find and then the ticket machines were confusing (this is not the hotel's fault, just an observation for fellow travelers). Once we got off the subway stop closest to the hotel, there were no elevators at all and the escalators were closed so we had to carry all our luggage up 3 flights of stairs to reach the street level. From there it was about a 8 min walk to the hotel. We arrived frazzled, hot, sweaty, and exhausted. Once there though, the hotel staff was great. They had cold water in the lobby, quick check in, decent air conditioning, a bar, and a restaurant with a small menu so we didn't have to go back out in the heat. We decided to Uber back to the airport the next morning to fly out, as it took us over an hour to get from the airport rental car drop off to the hotel on foot."
