The property is strategically located in Bisceglie, a short distance from both the historic center and the beaches—both easily reached in about a 10-minute walk—and in a residential area with plenty of amenities.

The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.

The interior space is organized as follows:

Bisceglie, overlooking the Adriatic Sea in the province of Barletta-Andria-Trani, is a city with medieval charm that blends history, sea, and culture. Among its main attractions are the Romanesque Co-Cathedral of St. Peter the Apostle, the ancient churches of Sant'Adoeno and Santa Margherita, the Castle with the Torre Maestra, noble palaces, and civic museums.
