Duplex for 4 people on the lakeshore, near the beach and a bike path

On the garden level, there is a bathroom and toilet, and a kitchen that opens onto a living room extending onto a loggia and a private garden. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony overlooking the lake: a master bedroom (140 cm double bed) and a bedroom with two single beds.
Close to bike paths, there is a bike garage available, a communal barbecue, and a shared terrace.
The nearby lake is perfect for swimming—for both kids and adults—without needing a car. You can walk there.
The ocean beaches are a 5-minute drive away.
The restaurant La Caravelle welcomes you just 100 metres away. This is also where you’ll pick up the keys to the apartment (5314 Route des Lacs).
You can take a boat tour on the lake, go kitesurfing, windsurfing, canoeing, or paddleboarding... Or you can visit the seaplane museum, head to the ocean to play in the waves, go surfing, or take beautiful walks in the Landes forest.
