Detached house (second home) on our property with terrace, private garden, courtyard and parking. On the ground floor, a large 25 m² living room/kitchen and a shower room/toilet. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed, a desk, shelves and a rack. The second, for 2 children or 2 adults, is equipped with 2 beds 90 X190, shelves and a rack. For young children, the staircase can be fitted with a safety gate, and a cot is provided.

The property is located in a residential area 300 m from the forest, 2000 m from the town center where you'll find all amenities and 5 min from Lac Sud (Latécoère).

Biscarrosse bourg is about 15 min from the ocean beaches and 15 min from the freshwater beaches of Lac Nord de Biscarrosse-Sanguinet.



During the summer months of July and August, rentals are by the week only.



Cleaning is not included in the price, the guest has to return the property cleaned or extra fee will apply.
