You can easily cycle to the lake, perfect for boating or paddleboarding with family or friends and exploring our beautiful Landes cycle paths. You are also 11km from the ocean for surfing lessons or relaxing on the beach. The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator) and comprises an entrance leading to the main room: a furnished living area (no TV) with Wi-Fi (4G dongle), and a dining area with a table for enjoying your meals. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). The apartment has 3 bedrooms with storage, a shower room, and a separate toilet for added comfort. You can also enjoy three small terraces, one of which has a table and two chairs for your cocktails. Parking is available free of charge at the bottom of the residence. You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, explore by bike to the market, have a coffee on a terrace, cycle to the ocean to enjoy the sunset, and dine at our beachfront restaurants. A sunny holiday awaits!
