Nous avons passé un agréable séjour L’appartement est très bien situé et tou peux se faire à pied pas besoin de la voiture ce qui est un grand avantage surtout à Bisca plage Concernant l’appartement très propre avec tout le nécessaire linge de lit serviette lave vaisselle etc…. Nos ados étaient tranquille dans leurs petits coin avec leurs lits superposés quand à nous nous avions le salon pour nous avec le canapé lit ( matelas à revoir à peu d’année je pense il s’affaisse) Le balcon est bien appréciable pour les repas etc La piscine de la résidence est top aussi. En effet l’appartement donne sur la rue de la boîte de nuit donc le matin entre 5/6 heures on peux entendre les gens sortir et rigoler dans la rue mais ce sont les vacances ils faut être indulgents. En tout cas pour nous une très bonne semaine Ophélie est très disponible quand aux renseignements demandés et à notre arrivée tardive encore merci Peut être a une prochaine fois dans votre belle résidence que nous avons fort appréciée Patrice Séverine et les enfants

Modernes Appartement in Wohnanlage 1. Reihe

Das Appartement befand sich in einer modernen Wohnanlage (Les Balcon´s de lÒcean) in der ersten Reihe hinter dem Strandpark und hatte den Balkon zur Seitenstrasse. Alles war sehr sauber mit gut ausgestatteter Küche (inkl. Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen). Das Klappbett war etwas uneben und gewöhnungsbedürftig. An den Freitagen und Samstagen hat man nachts dumpfe Bässe aus der benachbarten Diskothek, ist aber durch Fensterschließen zu beheben. Die Nachbarn hört man kaum. Der Kontakt und die Informationen waren super, kleine Anfragen wurden umgehend realisiert. Die Betreuung war erstklassig. Danke!

Surfing vacation

The apartment has a perfect location next to the beach. The kitchen was well equiped but is a little tiny for four adults. The check in and check out was very easy without any problems and with very kind people. Moreover we had a discount on rental surfboards from a surf school in the same building. I can definetly recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment but impossible to sleep

Clean and well appointed apartment a stones throw from the beach in a great resort. Ideal for beach or surfing holidays. There were two big problems with the accommodation. Firstly, the apartment is directly opposite a nightclub which plays extremely loud music from midnight to 6am. Those leaving the club congregate outside the balcony windows. Secondly, the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. These two factors combine to make sleep very difficult. We bought ear plugs and put the sofabed mattress on the floor to try and aid sleeping. A real shame as otherwise a great little apartment

Klasse gelegen in der 1. Reihe

Schöne moderne Apartments. Gut eingerichtet mit allem was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Sauber und ordentlich. Geschirr , Besteck, Bratpfannen alles vorhanden. Handtücher und Duschtücher in guter Qualität vorhanden. Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion. Geschirrspüler eigentlich alles wie beschrieben. Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist auch für Behinderte geeignet. Dusche für Behinderte. Toilette vom Bad getrennt. Balkon mit Tisch und 4 Stühle sowie Sitzkiste ist zur Seitenstraße gelegen von daher ist der Meerblick nur als Richtung zu verstehen. Störend ist die Discothek gegenüber die ab ca. 24:00h gelegentlich lauter wird und für Menschen mit Schlafproblemen ein Problem sein kann. Bei geschlossenem Fenster/Tür aber erträglich. Schlafsofa ca 140 breit und etwas hart im Komfort. Swimmingpool sauber und groß genug. Durch geschlossene Tür nur für größere Kinder begehbar. Waschmaschine gut im Extraraum für 5€ und Trockner für 3€ vorhanden. Wohnanlage liegt in 1.Reihe an der Promenade ist aber sehr ruhig da die Lokale ca 100m entfernt. Tiefgarage durch Gittertür verschlossen und mit Sensor zu öffnen ist sehr praktisch. Fahrstuhl von der Tiefgarage nach oben in die Apartments. Bäcker ca 1 km zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der Ort ist vor allem auf Familien ausgerichtet und es gibt Viele Grüße Micky Herrmann Aktivitäten die angeboten werden. Restaurants bieten preiswerte 3-Gang-Menü ab 14,50€ An mit verschiedenen Gerichten u.a. Muscheln. Wasser gibt es gratis dazu. Alkohol wie Bier teuer aber das ist ja bekannt. Strand sehr gepflegt und bewacht. Arcachon ca 30km, Bordeaux ca 70km und San Sebastian ca 180 km. Outlet in Bordeaux ist für deutsche nicht sehr interessant da wenig bekannte Marken. Im Juli ist Säle mit Rabatten von bis 70%

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Ozean.

Die Wohnung ist modisch ausgestatet und praktisch für Rollstuhl Nutzer, die Farben passen sehr gut zum Ozean. In der Nähe gibt es viele wunderschöne und fabelhafte Strände,Wäldern ,Lagune und Seen. Wenn man noch Mut hat ca. 180 km zu fahren, denn Biarritz, St-Jean de Luz und San Sebastien lohnen den Besuch.

Très bel appartement qui correspond à sa description et à nos attentes. Très propre et fonctionnel, dans une belle résidence très bien entretenue. Très bien situé dans Biscarosse. Petit bémol dû à la présence de la boite de nuit juste en face du balcon... Musique bien forte, sortie de 4/5h parfois bien animées... Attention à ne pas laisser trainer des serviettes sur la barrière du balcon... Elles peuvent disparaitre dans la nuit.
