This bright accommodation is located on the 2nd and last floor of a small residence with swimming pool (open seasonally) opposite the south beach with a beautiful open view of the ocean. It consists of a comfortable living room with American kitchen opening onto a terrace from which you can admire the sunset over the ocean. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also available as well as a parking space in the basement.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and American fridge. The living room is furnished with a table and chair set for your meals and a corner sofa facing the TV. The bedrooms have large closets, one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with two 90x200cm beds. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Household linen is provided, sheets, towels, tablecloths and tea towels.
The residence is made up of 3 2-storey buildings distributed around the gardens and the communal swimming pool. The parking spaces are located on the ground floor of the building. The whole is completely fenced and secure.
