Une adresse à conserver soigneusement!

Maison très spacieuse et idéalement placée, très bien équipée en électroménager. On a apprécié le petit chalet indépendant, idéal pour une suite parentale. énormément de rangements de disponibles pour les affaires personnelles. Bien que située dans le centre de Biscarosse plage, la rue est très calme avec peu de passage.

L’emplacement parfait Le ménage laisse un peu à désirer…( à notre arrivée les sols étaient sales… la vaisselle pas vraiment propre… il y avait même des traces de café sur le plan de travail… ) La literie n’est pas bonne La dépendance sent vraiment l’humidité c’est terrible… on a laissé portes et fenêtres ouvertes au maximum mais cela ni à rien fait… les enfants qui dormaient à l’intérieur sentaient l’humidité terrible en se levant le matin… même les vêtements… bref c’est dommage car la maison pourrait être vraiment top si quelques équipements pouvaient être renouvelés et surtout ce problème d’humidité dans la petite dépendance…

Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Fussentfernung vom Strand gelegenes, großzügiges Haus

Nachteile: Veraltete Ausstattung in der Küche, Küchengeräte könnten Austausch und Grundreinigung vertragen. Klemmende Schlösser am Tor. Hohe Zusatzkosten durch hochpreisige Bettwäsche, wenn man sie in Anspruch nimmt. Vergleichsweise hohe Kaution, die mit Kreditkarte oder französischem Scheck zu hinterlegen ist. Vorteil: unmittelbare Strandnähe, Platz und engagierte Agentur.

Enttäuschende Ferienunterkunft

Wir sind von unserem Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienunterkunft sehr enttäuscht: In dieser „Villa“ gibt es kein WLAN, was bei einem 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr ärgerlich ist. Das Haustürschloss war kaputt, man kam in die Tür nicht mehr rein, ein Handwerker musste kommen und es reparieren, was im Urlaub sehr nervig ist. Es gab keine Beschreibung für die Elektrogeräte. Es musste jemand von der Agentur kommen und uns die Bedienung vom Ofen erklären. Einige Herdplatten waren defekt und schließlich hat die Elektrik in der Küche nicht mehr funktioniert am Ende des Urlaubs. Auf der Terrasse liefen Mäuse - sehr ekelhaft! In der Nachbarschaft waren Baustellen, die so laut waren, dass man sein eigenes Wort auf der Terrasse nicht mehr verstand. Für Bettwäsche, Babyhochstuhl und Kinderbett entstehen noch Zusatzkosten! Diese Unterkunft ist daher leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Une semaine de rêve en famille

La maison est très spacieuse pour 8 personnes et son emplacement est génial. Nous avons apprécié que les propriétaires fassent confiance aux locataires et laissent leurs affaires personnelles. Ça nous a poussé à redoubler d'attention. Rien, c'était parfait :-) Peut-être un petit moment de pagaille à la remise des clefs, à 14h, lorsque nous nous sommes retrouvés 4 familles en même temps, mais c'est vraiment pour trouver un reproche :-)

Villa très agréable

La proximité du centre de Biscarosse Plage. La déco réalisée avec beaucoup de goût. L’extérieur très joli avec fleurs, arbres, et mobilier de jardin. Et enfin la propreté de la villa. L’odeur de renfermé dans le chalet indépendant. Pas facile de rentrer et sortir avec une voiture.
