I don’t usually leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for this place! 😁 We were looking specifically for a house rather than an apartment since we have three little ones, all 4 and under, with our youngest being just shy of one month old. We came along with my husband on his work trip, so having a private place all to ourselves was a must. I have to mention how incredibly CLEAN everything was! The floors are always one of my biggest concerns because we don’t wear shoes in the house, and I was so pleasantly surprised by how spotless they were, no stickiness at all. You could truly tell the cleaning crew did a phenomenal job. Every single towel was folded perfectly, the beds were fresh and clean, and the mattresses were actually very comfortable, which I honestly find pretty rare in Airbnbs! The backyard was a great size and perfect for the kids to run around and play. Everything throughout the home was in tip-top shape. Even though it’s an older house, you can tell it has been very well cared for and thoughtfully updated over time. The host was also very responsive and timely with communication, which made everything even easier. You truly won’t regret staying here. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be staying here again!

Such a cute and comfy house! Perfect for our stay in Birmingham for a family wedding. Close to everything! Communication with host was top notch. Loved the deck and backyard, made for a really nice stay.

The house was great!The host was very nice and had great communication.The house was clean and just as pictured!Parking was easy and its location was great being so close to UAB it made it much easier for me.We did hear trains on the track nearby driving & honking their horns quite often but since everything else was really nice we didn't let that bother us too much.I would definitely stay here again if im in the area & id definitely recommend staying here if your in town looking for somewhere to stay!

The house was nice but there were several things that need to be looked after.1. The filter coffee machine had no container to put the coffee in - so was useless.2. The sink in the shared bathroom (not Master Bathroom) would not drain.3. Sheets, towels, etc were in the dryer when we arrived. I had to fold them, otherwise we could not use the washer-dryer.4. There was a woman's underwear in the master bathroom on the folded towel rack!! Really bad to have to come to a house that does this and one is suppose to use the towels!5. No coat hangers - which was quickly resolved but only for 3 guest capacity and we were 6 people. So in conclusion - disappointed on how the property was presented and managed for our stay.

We went down for my brother’s surgery at UAB and this place was easy driving to hospital. House was clean and had plenty of toilet paper and towels in bathrooms. Messaged with a question and she was very fast to reply. Nice screened in back porch to sit and drink my coffee. Enjoyed the place .
