In short, these are the best VRBO owners I've ever worked with! Their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend you staying with them. This past weekend they went above and beyond in helping us address some unforeseen, weather related issues. If future plans ever have me in the Birmingham area again, I will definitely try first to stay at their place!

Weekend Wedding

Our daughter got married nearby and we needed a location to stay. Host allowed early entry and the location was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the fluffy towels and comfortable bed! Check in was so simple. Would stay again!

Perfect location

The location was amazing. The house was cozy and clean. Very bright and looked like the listing. The host provided coffee for the machine and washing suppplies for the washer/dryer. There are restaurants and stores all around.

Thank you. Perfect for my son and I during our week of baseball.

The location is perfect, lots of stuff to do right around it. The neighborhood/townhomes are nice. Great value proposition given the fact that they have a washer and dryer and dishwasher. The bedrooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. Not a big place but was perfect for my son and I during a week for a baseball tournament - 20 minutes away. Any issues we had, the owners addressed fairly quickly. We would stay here again if we were to do another tournament In the Birmingham area. Thanks!

Communication is key

I’ve stayed at quite a few VRBO places over the years and sure there’s always things you can nitpick about but largely if there’s communication between the renter and owner things work out well. This is a good spot if you just need to relax or are in the area for a weekend getaway. We stayed for a weekend softball tournament and the condo was perfect for that! Located in a very nice quiet area and everything we could possibly expect was delivered.

Cute place, beds and bedding are the absolute best!!! Was super clean. I would have the roof xjecked again or the ceiling repaired better evidence of past leaks and closet by front door smells like mold. I however would stay here again

Perfect for the 2 of us!

We enjoyed our stay in Meadowbrook. It was the perfect location for our wedding that we attended at the Sonnet House in Leeds. The property was very clean and very comfortable. The only thing in the listing that I would change was to say that the coffee maker was a Keurig. Also, the floor in the 2nd bedroom was squishy.

Nicely furnished but some items need refurbishing, maintenance or replacement.

We loved the location and proximity to restaurants and businesses. Sadly the condo is rather dated, particularly in the kitchen where the cabinets and appliances appear to be from the 1970's. Light bulb missing in the light over the bathroom and the light over the kitchen sink should be replaced. The yard coming into the condo has weeds and is rutted and overgrown. The steps going up to the front door are most likely from the 70's as well. They look pretty bad and possibly a safety concern. The paint and drywall in the bathroom ceiling over the shower is flaking off. These are all relatively easy fixes that would make this a 5 star visit.

Could have been better

The owner was communicative and informative. However, we found this property is only partially updated. The mattress was a great firmness in the master suite. The kitchen is original/not updated (older appliances, chipped cabinets). The bathroom had a new shower, but unfortunately the floor was very dirty with visible pink and a lot of black mold. When we arrived, neighbors were outside being loud, but upon return from dinner, it was quiet. Supplies were low as well, with almost empty tissues in living room and not a full soap in the bathroom.
