Older property, our expectations were low. Cleaning not a high priority, dust on the headboard, floor not real clean. In their defense, the first floor rooms open to the parking lot. Staff was nice, but we had to ask for soap, shampoo, and could not get Fox to watch the world series. TV system and guide was also inaccurate. But it was close to our destination.

The bed was completely collapsed in the center. It was l8ke sleeping in a hole. I woke up with a horrible backache that ruined my weekend. Od a oid the property at all cost. Id rather sleep outside on the grass first.

When I went to check in the bell at the night window wasn’t working I rang and rang then I knocked finally had to call to get someone to come to the window. She was friendly and apologized but when we got to our door there were 5 or 6 men some on the second floor some one the first cussing and yelling and threatening each other . I was afraid to unload my luggage. I called the police . They were were there in minutes and got the situation resolved quickly. We had two rooms both were dirty and the mattress was bad in both rooms . We were only passing through as we were moving to Florida but if I ever go back that way I will not stay there!

The room was dirty door would not shut properly and the picture on web site is nothing compared to what we pulled up to! Tried getting our money back with no luck! Went to different hotel that was in better condition!!

This was the filthiest place I ever stayed in. The rug was sticky, the dresser that the TV was on was sticky. There was dust on everything. Lamps, etc.

You get what you pay for.
Well it was a room. Carpet very soiled worn out and had a rathet large burn spot between the beds. Key card worked once out of twenty tries. Little like a slot machine. Bathroom well, dont have words to explain or space. Guess best description would be it is a ok working man place but if its a family or spouse w/ you look and pay a little more. We were traveling across country and just needed a place to sleep so it was ok.

This property was filthy and in bad repair. I wouldn’t have a dog stay there. The whole front of the building was falling apart. The bathroom was worst of all. bad tub and the faucets were all corroded. The rug was all sticky, the hotel chambermaid did not did or clean the bureau,TV or lamps on the nightstands. All in all the room smelled and the bed was a nightmare. This is a very poor reflection on a “Windem” property.

Only in town for an event at the racetrack. We only slept. Bed was comfortable a and hotel was quiet. It was a place to lay your head, nothing fancy.

worst hotel I've ever visited. So bad that we didn't even stay the second night. No lobby, just a booth outside to check in, poor customer service, dirty outdated room.

Muddy holes in parking lot asphalt. Carpets stained my socks. Strong smell of incense. Many years overdue for remodeling. WiFi kept dropping out. Bed had a sag on the right side. Room keys were programmed wrong and locked us out the next day. Lampshades were stained. Refrigerator was frozen up. Staff was nice and it was quiet outside. Don’t. Just don’t!

Phone and TV did not work on arrival. Room not particularly clean (fingernail clippings on flimsy desk top) and was dated and worn. Furniture flimsy and broken. Floor was buckled and had some mysterious grooves cut into it. Only functional ice maker was on the third floor. Bathtub had scrapes and gouges. Window shades wouldn’t completely close, letting in the security light. You get what you pay for, but this was no bargain. Would not stay there again. Desk personnel were friendly.
