We have a child at UM & we were visiting for a soccer game!

This is a great place for 3 people! The Condo was very roomy & had everything we needed! It’s location was amazing! We were at UM visiting our child. And went to Hoover to eat & The Galleria to eat and hike a Mtn. It was very quiet and we felt very safe! We will definitely be staying here again!

My wife absolutely loved the accommodations. and little added decorative touches that made it feel like our home and not a rental. Clean, quiet, safe and very comfortable in a beautiful wooded area yet convenient to great golf and great restaurants. Thank you Karin for being a great host and providing a great experience.

Great Place

The apartment was very clean, neat, and everything was easy to find. The whole stay was great. The upstairs neighbor is just kinda heavy foot but we didnt mind because it got quiet around 10pm.

The house was very accommodating. It was very pretty everything you could need or want was in the kitchen. It is definitely a nice place to rent if you're in town just to relax. The neighbors are friendly and the host was reachable at all times. I enjoyed my stay there so much i stayed 2 extra weeks. You will enjoy renting this beautiful home.

Quiet and comfortable

We visited Hoover for the SEC baseball tournament for the week. The property is in a beautiful location with lots of trees. The check-in process was quick and easy and Karin made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Having a W/D, refrigerator, full kitchen and bath and a half provided convenience and value for our stay. We will be back again and hope this property is available.

If you’re ever in the Birmingham or Hoover area in Alabama, you want to book this place. The hospitality from the owner was breathtaking to me. They’re complimentary snacks, water, household cleaning supplies, washer and dryer, cooking supplies, etc. you name it it was there. If I could explain my stay in one word, it would be , “Tranquility.”

Birmingham Retreat

Wonderful Property! This VrBO is outstanding! Karin is a gracious host providing a beautiful home where we felt as if we were in our own home.
