"Amy and Cvett at front desk were wonderful, for some reason the property charged us 3 times for a one night stay, Amy gave us credit for one of the first two, but in the middle of the night I was charged a third time, Cvett was kinda enough to hopefully fix that, but in the meantime I have a over $200 hold on my credit card which hurts when you have 3 weeks of vacation left"

"Breakfast was fresh, but that's because the attendant only cooks enough for 2, maybe three people at a time. That includes stocking the juice and other items in the same capacity. It was like they were not going to risk wasting anything at all because they were super cheap. Breakfast also requires a ticket that the attendant rudely yelled for after finally returning with another batch of food (enough for my bf and I, but not the three people behind us waiting). Hotel is old, and not in the best area."

"The elevator was unclean. The staff was hard to understand due to different dialect. The room was clean , beds were hard. Bathroom dated with old bathtub and towel rack torn apart with the end pieces still in the wall. The kitchen was clean and nice. Air conditioner took for ever to cool room."

"Staff very helpful and tried to problem solve if they didn’t know the answer. Liked the easy chat feature to ask questions and get help. Our room was very nice, good bed. Nice to have a breakfast. Hotel was being removed but this didn’t really pose negative issues."

"Will not stay here again. The staff was friendly however I was not a fan of the cleanliness. There was something spilled in the floor all throughout the lobby into the elevator. It was still there the next morning when we went to leave as well. Was never cleaned up. There was a musky smell throughout the entire place. In serious need of renovations. Went to find something to drink and all they had available was at the front desk in a cooler that apparently did not work. It was hot… Went to get ice and the ice maker was broke. Went to 3 different floors before I got one that worked. Convenient location and friendly staff but that’s all this place had going for it. "

"Broken elevator made for a stressful weekend! We were compensated on our room rate, but unfortunately it didn't make the painful service elevator wait any shorter. Also, the rooftop bar was closed due to the elevator and that was the main reason we booked this hotel."
