This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The room was infested with bed bugs and roaches, making it impossible to relax or feel safe. The bathroom was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Everything about this hotel was disgusting. Very, very bad experience — I do not recommend it to anyone

The room was EXTREMELY dirty. I had roaches in my room for my 7 day stay. The floors, table, and cabinets are all sticky. The place seems as it has not been cleaned in months.

Renovated rooms with crappie service.

Hit or miss with hot water. Not all channels worked on the tv.No fresh towels or washcloths due to fact of them not telling me to wash them. Feels like i was robbed on day one.

Very pleasantly surprised

I stay at extended stay places a lot and this was the best in a long time. I paid extra for the upgraded room and it was worth it. I had a few issues in the bathroom but they were taken care of immediately and expertly. The front desk was helpful and responsive and all the staff I met during the week I was there were very nice. I will be staying there again.

My room was dirty. There were bugs. My door did not close and lock easily at all. When I asked for another room there was not one available. When I returned from shopping and my door was open the front desk did walk me back to my room and checked it for me. Thank you.
