The open floor plan includes a living area furnished with a couch, love seat, and a 65-inch flat-screen TV, along with a gas smokeless fireplace. The dining table seats up to four people, with two additional seats available at the extended kitchen bar. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the essential cooking necessities. Outside, the back patio offers seating for up to six guests and features a small patio table, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill available upon request.


Complimentary parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway. For those who prefer not to drive around Birmingham, both Uber and Lyft are readily accessible. Public transit is also available nearby.
