The 3-bedrooms offer a combination of cozy retreats and spacious elegance. The master bedroom boasts a private balcony, the perfect spot for a quiet evening under the stars. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and stylish escape. Luxury linens and comforters with high thread count duvets that are changed between every guest.

Whether you're whipping up a quick meal or preparing a feast for your guests, this kitchen has everything you need: oven/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffee maker (variety of k-cups, sugar, and cream), and tea kettle.

Need to catch up on work or want a quiet reading nook? The study, complete with a comfortable futon couch (which doubles as a sleeper) and work desk, provides the ideal space for both productivity and relaxation.

We pride ourselves for having an impeccable reputation for offering an upscale experience and have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings, unless approved by host at time of booking. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use sensors in our building to detect the noise level and the number of guest inside the unit. The number of people inside the loft may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. We hope to keep a very accommodating experience for all our guests, but if removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Thank you for respecting the community and our commitment to being a great neighbor.

We know how much you love your furry pets, so we wanted to make our unit accessible to you. They must always be on a leash outside your unit, throw waste into the trash bin outside and not inside your unit (tie it up in a bag), must be potty trained, no loud barking, flea or tick free, must stay in kennel when you leave the unit, and not allowed on the couch or guest bed. The fee for each pet is $60. Please don't forget to include them in your reservation.
