"From the very first interaction, the staff at The Wall were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. We arrived from Edinburgh on an early flight, so were in Berlin by 10am - a long time ahead of our 3pm check-in. As the hotel was in the heart of the city, we swung by to ask if we could just drop off our bags to allow us to explore unburdened. We were immediately offered the opportunity, not only to drop our bags, but to check into our room. We were offered advice about places to visit and eat, and given maps of the city. The staff were a delight at every turn. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. We slept well on each of the 4 nights. I like the scheme the hotel run where if you don’t want housekeeping on a particular day you just pop a sign on your door, and they reward you with a token for a free drink! We have already booked a return trip for later in the year. Thank you to all at The Wall for making our stay extra special."

"I truly adored this hotel. The staff were all amazing, friendly, helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty to offer everyone. Filtered water was available all day/night which was a fantastic amenity. The location is about 15-20 min walk from the Berlin Hbf. I wouldn’t recommend making the walk with luggage. There is a rooftop sitting area which is great. The salads available in the hotel’s restaurant are delicious. If you order the pizza, ask for extra sauce and bake it twice. Overall, highly recommended. "
