Your Frankenmuth Getaway is one mile south of Bronner's Christmas Wonderland. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath 1200 square foot ranch is perfectly situated just south of Fun Town and provides all that is needed for your escape to Frankenmuth. If you're picky and want perfection this is not the Ritz or Four Seasons, so please look elsewhere. However, the "Getaway" has the basics covered. And the one night stay option is rare in this space. The home is on a huge lot with a nice deck for privacy and pure Michigan celebrations.

This home features queen beds in all bedrooms. The completely furnished kitchen has everything you will need including a dishwasher. The living room features a queen size sleeper sofa and two easy chairs. All the rooms have hard wood floors. This home is in the Frankenmuth school district. We do charge an additional $50 per guest per night for guests exceeding 4. This allows us to keep the nightly rent reasonable for couples and small families. Also, there is a $59 charge for property insurance or this cost can be avoided by providing $1500 in refundable insurance.

1. Smoking is only permitted out of doors at least 30 feet from the house.
2. Events and Gatherings: No events, parties, or gatherings are allowed.
3. Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No unregistered guests.
4. Food and Drink: Eating or drinking is not allowed in the bedrooms.
5. Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
6. Noise: Please keep noise levels down and refrain from playing loud music after 10 PM.
7. Furniture: Do not rearrange the furniture.
8. Damages: Report any damages immediately to ensure prompt resolution.
