Villa Laetitia, Whg. 6

The beautiful Villa Laetitia was rebuilt in 2003 in the center of Binz. The villa is equipped with an elevator. The beach and the pier can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. The villa is located on Paulstraße 1. This flows into the town's most popular shopping street, the main street. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar. The bus stop for local and long-distance bus and long-distance railways can be found approx. 80 m from the house.

Apartment 21RB6, Villa Laetitia:
Your comfortably furnished apartment 21RB6 is located on the 1st Upstairs. The friendly 3-room apartment has a size of approx. 60 square meters and can be occupied by up to 5 people. Two balconies, one to the south and one to the west, guarantee airy hours of sunshine. In addition to the living room with integrated kitchen, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a vanity, shower and toilet. In the hallway you will find a cloakroom and a storage cupboard. The large bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed and a flat-screen TV, and in the smaller bedroom there is a fold-away bed with good sleeping comfort and a flat-screen TV. Another sleeping option is on the trundle bed or Sofa bed in the living room. Storage space for clothes etc. can be found in all rooms. In addition to the seating and dining area, the living area also offers a smart TV and a radio / CD player. The integrated kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster leaves nothing to be desired. All our guests have free WiFi access and a safe in this apartment. Bicycles can be parked in the basement area. A private car parking space is available directly at the house. Pets are not allowed !

Die Unterkunft ist zentral in Binz gelegen, unweit der Fußgängerzone entfernt. In der Nähe sind Restaurants, Lebensmittelmärkte und kleiner Boutiquen. Einzig allein die Parkmöglichkeiten sind in ihrer Größe begrenzt, was es mit etwas größeren PKWs wie SUV oder Kombis problematischer macht, aber nicht unmöglich. Trotzdem war die Unterkunft super und empfehlenswert.
