Villa Aegir was built around the turn of the century in the typical bath style and has been extensively renovated in recent years. Here you live directly on the beach promenade (No. 47) of Binz with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, the beach and the beach promenade. In total, Villa Aegir houses ten very nice apartments, a cafe and a wine shop. The villa is equipped with an elevator. You can reach the apartment by elevator to the 2nd Floor, then via a staircase.

The luxurious 2-room penthouse apartment 10RB12 is 70 square meters and well suited for 4 people. From the living area and from the north balcony you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea to the famous chalk cliffs of the island. The apartment is divided into a beautiful living room with a fireplace, an open, modern branded kitchen with granite worktop, a separate bedroom with a balcony to the sunny side and a shower room with a vanity and toilet. The living room is furnished with a dining area and a seating area, which also offers two beds on the sofa. The technical equipment includes a flat screen TV, free internet access and a music system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and other electrical appliances. In the bedroom you will find a double bed, a large wardrobe and from now on also a flat screen TV. A parking space belonging to the apartment is available for you in the underground garage (double car park - 1.80 m high).
