The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor on the north side of the complex. Both the Baltic Sea beach and the train station are just 150 metres away. The centre of Binz is within easy reach at 250 metres.

This upmarket, non-smoking apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a safe, a living area with a double sofa bed (1.30 x 2.20 m) and an adjoining north-facing balcony, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment features underfloor heating, large windows, and light-filled rooms, complemented by a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, oven, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, and freezer compartment, as well as a flat-screen TV and a collection of board games in the living area. The bedroom also features a flat-screen TV. The bathroom also includes a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror. Wi-Fi is free of charge.
