The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor on both the north and south sides of the complex. Both the Baltic Sea beach and the train station are just 150 metres away. The centre of Binz is conveniently accessible at 250 metres.

This upscale apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed (1.45 x 1.80 m) and an adjoining south-facing balcony, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The amenities—including underfloor heating, large windows, and light-filled rooms—are complemented by a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer compartment, as well as a flat-screen TV in the living area with a 2.0 Dolby Surround sound system and Blu-ray/DVD player.
