Your non-smoking apartment 9RB5 is located on the 1st Floor of Villa Isabell 1 in house no.40 and has a balcony. The 2 room apartment has a size of approx. 50 square meters and can be occupied by up to 4 people. In addition to the cozy living room with integrated kitchen, there is a bedroom and a bathroom with corner bath, vanity and toilet. The bedroom is with a French double bed (width 140cm / continuous mattress, a bunk bed for the 3rd and 4th Person and a wardrobe. In addition to the comfortable seating area with TV, DVD player with a small selection of DVDs, you will also find a separate dining area in the living area. The kitchenette has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and other small kitchen helpers. From the covered balcony you have a beautiful view of the residence with its well-tended gardens. From now on, all our guests can use free WiFi access. A separate parking space is not part of the apartment. On request, you can rent a parking space from the Zentrum car park for EUR 7 per day.
