Großartig eingerichtete Wohnung

Alles wirklich 1A mit Sternchen Hier ein paar Kritik Punkte:Die Badezimmerabflüsse müffeln nach dem 2. Tag. Der gebuchte und bezahlte Parkplatz war aufgrund von Straßenbau Arbeiten nicht mehr vorhanden. Hier hätte ich mir eine offene Kommunikation einer alternative gewünscht. Die Sauna auf der gleichen Etage war die ganze Woche als „defekt“ gekennzeichnet. Hier kann man im Nachhinein über eine Gutschrift bzw. ein Entgegenkommen diskutieren. Das war uns schon wichtig. Aber wie gesagt das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau Ich würde die Wohnung immer wieder buchen. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und optimal für 3 Personen. Unser Sohn hat sich in seinem kleinen Reich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist super und es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war stets sehr gut. Sehr zentral und strandnah gelegen.

Super erholt in der Vorweihnachtszeit

Wir verbringen schon seit einiger Zeit unsere Vorweihnachtszeit in Binz und buchen wegen der ruhigen und doch zentralen Lage dieses Objekt. Auch die Barrierefreiheit ist ein großes Plus. Die Wohnung ist gemühtlich und alles für eine bequeme und erholsame Zeit ausgerichtet.

Schöner Herbsturlaub

Wir waren für vier Nächte in der schönen Ferienwohnung. Top Lage, man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand, was besonders mit kleinen Kindern ein echter Vorteil ist. Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert, die Wohnung sehr gemütlich. Besonders hat mir die Musikanlage gefallen, da es nicht nur ein einfaches Kühenradio war, sondern richtig gute Klangqualität! Hatte ich vorher noch nie vermisst, aber war ein sehr angenehmes Plus :) wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in der Unterkunft, die Lage war super 3 Minuten zum Strand und auch die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlafkoje war sehr klein aber zum Schlafen hat es gereicht. Es war sauber und wir hatten eine super Erstausstattung in der Ferienwohnung an bestimmten Utensilien. Alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung!

Eine wie wir fanden „ Wohlfühloase“

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.Die große Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.Bei Regenwetter haben wir einfach drauf los gekocht. Im Haus gibt es außerdem einen Fahrradraum,Waschmaschine & Trockner sowie eine Sauna. Die Lage ist optimal. 3 min zum Strand .Direkt nebenan befindet sich das Haus des Gastes vor dem auch die Haltestellen der Bäderbahn und des Jagdschloßexpress‘ zu finden sind.Zum Zentrum und nächstgelegenen Supermarkt kann man bequem laufen.( ca. 300m) Zum Bahnhof des Rasenden Roland ist es auch nur ca. 1km. Wir waren mit dem Service rundum zufrieden .Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte kontaktlos per Code.Wer drauf angewiesen ist - aktuell befindet sich ein Corona-Testzentrum hinter dem Haus des Gastes( wir mussten unser Kind tagesaktuell testen- waren sofort dran Besser geht‘s nicht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!(-:
