Die Aussicht, die Ruhe, der Komfort in dem Appartement, die gesamte Anlage des Upstallboom-Blocks. Nachts ist die Beleuchtung so gut abgestimmt, dass alles gut zu sehen ist. Und vor allem: der hervorragende schöne Strand. Mallorca ist überflüssig.

Neben dem historich beeindruckenden Objekt mit seinem natürlichen Umfeld wie Strand und Aussenanlagen ist die geamte Rekonstruktion einschließlich Zimmeraufteilung und Dachterrassse als sehr gelungen einzustufen. Das Niveau der Ausstattung ist hoch und die Qualität der Bauausführung ist sehr präzise.Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und haben nichts vermisst.
