This high-quality, non-smoking holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor on the west side of the beautiful resort. The Baltic Sea beach is just 150 metres away. The Binz pier is also nearby.

The tastefully furnished apartment with free Wi-Fi features underfloor heating, a bedroom with a double bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV, a living area with a sleeper sofa (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a wood-burning stove (firewood not included), and a balcony, as well as a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, washing machine, hair dryer, makeup mirror, toilet, and urinal.
The fully equipped open kitchen includes a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, ceramic cooktop with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The mini-safe, the TV and hi-fi system with a flat-screen TV (50 inches), and a DVD player in the living room round out the upscale amenities.
