The bungalows are located on a quiet and south-western slope with a view of the roofs of Binz at Zinglingstraße 15a. The fine sandy beach, the Binz beach promenade with its villas in the bathing architecture style and the center can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot. For guests who are looking for good and affordable accommodation in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Binz, this bungalow complex is just the thing. Zinglingstrasse is currently being renovated in sections up to and including October 2019. Access is guaranteed up to 60 m by car. An alternative parking space is available.

Your 3-room non-smoking bungalow 201RB4 has a size of approx. 43 sqm and is for max. 4 people furnished. This has an adjacent terrace. Your apartment is divided into a cozy living room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms and a daylight bathroom with vanity and shower / toilet. The living room is equipped with a dining area and a flat-screen TV, WiFi and radio. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, 2-plate ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a small dishwasher. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The second sleeping area welcomes you with two single beds and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms also have blackout fabrics that promise a good night's sleep. Wolf im Schafspelz

Leider täuschen die Bilder über eine lieblose Renovierung und das abgewohnte Haus hinweg. Beim Betreten der Immobilie wird man von einem muffigen und schimmligen Geruch empfangen, der trotz lüften nicht verschwindet. Im Bad bestätigt sich der Schimmel in der Dusche. Die neuen "Möbel" sind schlecht montiert, und täuschen nicht über die lieblose Renovierung. Rügen ist eine tolle Insel...aber wir bereuen soviel Geld für die Miete gezahlt zu haben. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt nicht weiter.
