    You can access Apartment Haus Frohsinn Whg 6 step-free from the back via the terrace. The apartment is located right by Lake Schmachter (50 m) and only 500 m from the Baltic Sea pier and beach. In just a few minutes on foot (about 2 minutes), you reach the main street and pedestrian zone with many cafés, restaurants, and shops—perfect for a stroll after a day at the beach. A bakery is just 2 minutes away, and supermarkets are within 300–600 m.



    Medical care is excellent and within walking distance. The long, fine sandy beach invites you to walk, hike, jog, do Nordic walking, or cycle. The mild climate and fresh, iodine-rich sea air make for an ideal holiday atmosphere.

Pros: Ich hatte mit meinem Partner eine erholsame Auszeit in Binz. Die Ausstattung war sehr modern & die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und man ist direkt fussläufig in der Hauptpassage. Schnelle Wege ebenfalls zur Strandpromenade. Das wir am Grundstück parken konnten war super. Die Vermieterin war herzlich und aufgeschlossen.
