OG and is tastefully furnished with every comfort, such as fully equipped kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, ceramic induction, microwave and various small appliances) open to the living area. 1 bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and flat screen TV. Bathroom with shower / WC and washer and dryer for a fee. Lovingly furnished living room with dining area, sofa bed and 2 armchairs. The large flat screen TV, player and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment for all ages. The superbly equipped open plan kitchen offers everything for a communal breakfast, lunch and dinner with the whole family. At the living area and bedroom adjoining east-facing balcony. Daylight bathroom with shower / WC and washing machine and dryer fee. 1 parking space is available free of charge. Linen package on request per person 15, -. Please book in advance or book online. The house Windrose 2 was completely renovated in 2019 and is located in a central location of the seaside resort Binz. The 4 apartments are furnished with great attention to detail and have living space to about 58m ². The great location advantage lies in the short walking distance of the Schmachter lake. It offers quiet park benches, a children's playground and lots of nature. On foot, just a few steps away, you have good shopping, varied gastronomy and the beautiful beach promenade of Binz with its sophisticated spa and the pier. A few steps from here you can feel the fine sandy beach of Binz and enjoy the waters of the incomparable Baltic Sea!Pure sunshine!
