the view is beautiful，very relax，very happy with family，but the food is a bit expensive

Staff were very kind and we had a good time at the resort.

There is a major difference in the staff's attitude before check in and after checkout, it is terrible after checking out, the breakfast is'nt nice, there should be improvements to it. After the checkout, the staffs are unwilling to help, example: asking the staff nicely to send us from resort hotel to the main hotel by the buggy ( the car ) they did not want to and asked us to take the shuttle bus which also arrives at the same location . Before checking in n and during the process, everywhere we went to, there will be a buggy driver sending us , service was excellent. The staffs should not behave that way, 2 faced . Bad experience but overall still alright.

Humid & spent much time in room which was spacious with balcony watching olympics; plumbing awry on arrival but soon fixed;likewise TV; Chased a cockroach from the bathroom - probably inevitable.

Close to the beach. Nice and accommodating staff (Samuel of front desk and Deny). Good breakfast.

We decided to visit Sanchaya again in less than 6 months because we didn't get to enjoy the pool or beach due to the rainy weather. Unfortunately this time around, the rain paid a visit but we managed to enjoy sunny mornings. Sanchaya is a beautiful property with such friendly staff from the front desk to the gardeners. Comfy and lush rooms, and tremendous service from the moment we arrived off the ferry. We have a 1 year old and they catered for him by poviding a cot, steriliser, baby bath tub. It was his birthday and they surprised us with a birthday cake at the end of our stay. Babyitting services were also available so we could enjoy our dinners. I also want to commend Siti and Rini in particular. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

We stayed 2 nights and really managed to disconnect! A few things to do around by buggy and good restaurants within walking distance. We were asked a detailed list of what we wanted for breakfast the day before and at what time -- no way, we were not going to use an alarm! Staff backed off and the rest of the stay went great. Nirwana resort area was a bit empty, but new construction should bring more people in. Only drawback of *area* is the combination of high Singapore prices with less than excellent Indonesian hospitality. But we would go back for a quick getaway.

Great place to unwind for a couple of days. Beach clean and safe and a nice pool if you want the alternative. Room was clean and nice rustic furniture - mozzie net was definitely required. There didn't appear to be a bar so bring your own wine.
