The 250m² vacation home Es Verger is located in Bisissalem, a small town in central Majorca. The home is 22 to 28 minutes (25.5 to 34 km) by car from the nearest beaches close to Palma. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Coll dels Tords and the Puig de s'Alcadena hiking areas in the midst of the Tramuntana mountains just a 20 to 25 minute (9.5 to 11.5 km) drive from the home. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic Golf Gual Mallorca course just a 26 minute (32 km) drive from the home. The Bisissalem area currently has 71 cycling routes that wind through the stunning mountain and coastal landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 26 minute (31.5 km) drive away.

Nice short trip with friends
Very nice finca with good location on the outskirts of Binissalem.
Swimming pool, barbecue, large terrace.
There are no direct neighbors that you disturb with loud music. Supermarket nearby.

Erholung pur in sehr freundlicher Umgebung.
Pros: absolute Ruhe aber doch nicht weit weg von Geschäft etc.
Schöner Pool und für jeden auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.
Sehr nette Verwalterin, die sich sofort um alles kümmert.
Binnissalem ist kein Touristenort mit lokalen Restaurants und sehr netten Einwohnern.
Cons: Das Grundstück war nicht so eingezäunt wie gesagt.
Wir hatten laut Beschreibung erwartet, dass das Haus selber auf dem riesen Grundstück nochmal eingezäunt ist.
Unser kleiner Hund musste leider meistens an die Langlaufleine.

Pros: Sehr schöne Finca. Rundum zufrieden.
Cons: Zufahrtsweg mit Abbruchgeröll bzw. -steinen weniger stil- und liebevoll bearbeitet.
