Charming Breton home 800M from the beach

  • This quaint neo-Breton home is perfectly located in a peaceful, upscale neighbourhood of Etables-sur-mer. A quick walk brings you right into the town centre full of charming shops, banks, cafes, restaurants and everything you could need during your stay (post office, cinema, butcher, etc.). A 10-minute walk takes you to the closest beach (Des Godelins) with dramatic views of the ocean. Great for swimming, sailing, hiking and clamming (razor clams and mussels are plentiful). A 5-minute drive brings you to another beautiful beach (Des Moulins) with restaurants. Families will enjoy the Zoo Parc Tregomeur and golfers can visit nearby Golf des Ajoncs d’or.

    Our house is very well located between the port towns of Binic and Saint-Quay Portrieux. There, you will find lots of aquatic activities as well as ice cream shops, bars, restaurants and day swim camps for children. If you would like to explore even farther afield, you are only a 45-minute drive to the historic walled town of Dinan where you will marvel at 500-year old buildings. Also one hour away are the dramatic cliffs of Cap Fréhel. A 1.5 hour drive to the east will bring you to the world-famous St. Malo. Travel 45 minutes to the West and you will be in historical Paimpol and scenic Ile de Brehat where you will experience the traditions of old Brittany like never before.

    The house is modern, clean and fully furnished. Guests will enjoy 2 flat-screen tvs, wifi access, a bright conservatory, an outdoor court yard and parking. The master bedroom accommodates 2 people and the guest room accommodates 1. The living room sofa is a day bed and can accommodate a 4th person.

    Guests will be greeted upon arrival. They will be given the keys to the house and a tour of the home with instructions on how to operate appliances. Small pets are accepted.

    We provide guests with linens, towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing and cleaning products.

    Maison de charme néo-bretonne parfaitement localisée dans un quartier huppé très tranquille d’Étables-sur-mer à 5 minutes à pied du bourg et des commerces. Dix minutes de marche jusqu’à la spectaculaire plage des Godelins, idéale pour la baignade et la pêche aux crustacés.

    Votre proprieté est située entre les charmants villages côtiers de Binic et Saint-Quay Portrieux où vous trouverez de nombreuses activités pour toute la famille ainsi que de nombreux bars et restaurants. Le renommé Golf des Ajoncs d’or est à 10 minutes. À 1 heure du Cap Fréhel et de la ville médievale de Dinan. Vous serez également à 45 minutes de Paimpol et de le magnifique Île de Bréhat.

    La maison est moderne, bien entretenue et très confortable avec une véranda très spacieuse et lumineuse. Une petite cour intèrieure est très pratique pour prendre vos repas à l’extérieur. Deux chambres à l’étage (dont une avec tv) logent trois personnes. Un canapé dans le salon permet d’accueillir un 4e invité . Nous fournissons les draps et le linge de maison ainsi que les produits d’entretien. Nous acceptons les animaux domestiques de petite taille.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Binic. Die Unterkunft ist nah am Strand, sehr geräumig, hat alles was man braucht und ist damit wirklich gut ausgestattet. Zudem ist es gemütlich und sehr ruhig. Leider war es zum Teil etwas dreckig, vorallem hinter Dingen, die man verschieben muss beim Wischen (z.B. Hocker, kleine Tischchen etc.). Und es gab ein Problem mit Ameisen im Wintergarten, die zum Teil auch in die Waschküche kamen. Hoffentlich lässt sich das bald klären, denn sonst war es wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft, wo man sich wie zu Hause fühlt.

Petite maison agréable pour 2 ou 3 personnes, fonctionnelle, à 5minutes du centre ville ou de la plage en se déplaçant en voiture. Cependant la salle a manger, dans la véranda à l'arrière est certes très pratique pour recevoir du monde mais elle donne une impression un "peu étouffante" car il n' y a qu'une porte d'accès sur le coté; les vitres de la véranda ne pouvant pas s'ouvrir compte tenu de la configuration de ce petit espace à l' arrière de la maison;

La maison est très bien située dans un quartier résidentiel proche de la plage et des commodités ;la région d'Etables permet de visiter la cote vers St MALO ou vers la côte de granit rose, idéalement placée. La maison est très bien équipée ; on se croirait chez soi, rien ne manque. Seul bémol et accentué par le temps magnifique que nous avons eu pendant deux semaines : le manque de chaises longues dans la cour-terrasse pour bronzer et se relaxer Une très belle location et région où nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette maisonette sur 2 niveaux. La cuisine et l'espace de vie sont plutôt grands et bien équipés. La véranda est agréable et permet de profiter de l'ensoleillement. Le quartier est chic, les commerces à 2 pas et la superbe plage des Godelins juste à côté. Seul regret : le manque d'un petit bout de gazon. L'accueil et la disponibilité de l à gérante étaient très appréciables

Une maison agréable dans une région agréable

Le coin est vraiment sympa, tout est à côté à pied, commerces, plages, promenades L’annonce est « taggée » -enfants bienvenus- mais ce n’est pas tout à fait exact, il y a bien un lit 1 place dans une des chambre, mais pas un jeu, ni d’équipement pour bébé
