A technician came and "fixed" it however one of the bathrooms still had not hot water and was not fixed until our last full day there. So two of us were having cold water showers. 2. General dirtiness - took photos of a lot of dust and dirt across the villa. 3. No washing up materials supplied in kitchen. It has a dishwasher...
