The 60 m² apartment features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, children’s books, and toys. A baby cot is available on request. One pet is allowed.



    Enjoy a private south-facing balcony with direct views of the vineyards at the foot of Rochusberg. The vineyards are just 100 meters away, inviting you for scenic walks in nature. Two playgrounds are within walking distance. In mid-August, a pilgrimage takes place at Rochuskapelle, where pilgrims can enjoy regional dishes in wine tents.



    Shops and supermarkets are nearby, and a large wholesale market is about a 10-minute drive away. The apartment is rated three stars by the DTV. Parking is available on the property.
