"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

"Es war wunderbar, auf dem Hausboot zu leben. Wir hatten SUP und Kayak mit und waren auch damit jeden Tag auf dem Wasser. Das Hausboot ist super gepflegt und war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Es ist sehr geräumig und ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen."

"Fantastic property, exactly what we needed to enjoy our time in the area. Won't hesitate to book this property again if visiting the area again."

"We had a stay of 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. The house is clean , well equipped (good and plenty of towels) and quietly located. In front of the house is a nice small grocery shop with all necessary groceries. The house is located centrally to do some sight seeing and walking. The owner (Martin) can be reached easily and is helpful in giving some tips."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Intermar Hotel. The suite had an excellent view over the beach, and the water. The feeling of wellness to be able to wake up to the sound of the waves, and the view over the water to Oxen islands is something special. We enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony. The hotel was very quiet, the bed was excellent and we slept well. The breakfast buffet was very good with a varied selection. Staff is very friendly and very service minded. The beachfront has a wide avenue were you can enjoy evening walks."

"Overraskende positivt. Nem checkin (selvbetjening som tog 2 min) nemt at få tilknyttet parkeringsplads og morgenmad på selvom vi ikke oprindeligt havde valgt det. Mail med vejvisning til parkeringsplas hvor der var en port så man var tryg ved at have bilen stående der. Man fik en nøgle og kunne nemt og roligt tilgå bilen døgnet rundt. Stort lyst værelse med et lille køkken/køleskab. Alt hvad man lige skulle bruge. Super hyggeligt udendørs område. Morgenmaden var lille intim og hyggelig. Manglede der noget eller var der ikke mere tilbage af en bestemt ting så kunne man bare sige til så blev der påfyldt. Viben og energien var dejlig og hyggelig. Tæt placering på altid. Vi gik hele vores rejse. Næsten ligeud hele vejen ned til gågade og havn. Helt klart et besøg værd og hvis vi skulle til Flensborg igen blev det gerne en overnatning her igen."

"In general a good experience, but I got locked out of my room for 5 hours (check-out at 10 am and check-in at 3 pm), because I extended my stay by a day in advance and before comming - don't do that!, but this was not reflected or implemented in the lock for the door. I did overcome this episod with the help from friends. The reception was closed and didn't answerr my calls before it was to late. The cleaning lady was not helpful either. But I'm still a happy customer and will return any day."
