Welcome to Your Coastal Cottage Getaway at The Blue Cottage ~ Prime Location!

Experience the charm of Bay St. Louis in this beautifully renovated historic cottage. Modern updates blend seamlessly with classic coastal architecture, creating an open floor plan that feels both comfortable and inviting. The warm ambiance is perfect for welcoming you, your family, and friends for a memorable stay.

This cottage is ideally situated just a half block from Main Street and two blocks from the beach and downtown area. You'll be steps away from all the restaurants, shops, and bars, placing you in the heart of the action. Yet the house sits on a quiet, one-way street, offering privacy and tranquility—a perfect balance for your vacation.

The cottage is thoughtfully appointed with creative touches throughout. Enjoy the coastal faux painted woodwork, historic natural distressed wood doors, and original hardwood floors. Tile is featured in every bathroom and the kitchen, while high original bead board ceilings grace the first floor. Ample windows provide plenty of natural light!

Relax in the spacious great room on the large feather-filled linen sectional sofa, perfect for lounging, napping, or watching the game on the large flat screen TV. Wi-Fi is provided, so streaming through Roku is available on all TV's in all rooms, directions provided.

The property offers newly glass-enclosed walk-in showers. Each bedroom features ample closet space, with a walk-in closet off the master bedroom. The master suite, located on the first floor, includes a king-size bed, a full-sized stack washer and dryer, and a spacious, handicap-accessible bathroom.

A half bath off the great room ensures guests don’t have to enter private bedrooms to use the restroom.

Enjoy the screened-in porch with comfortable seating and a round glass table, as well as a small outdoor deck. The deck also includes a large gas grill, gas included. —perfect for relaxing and enjoying the coastal atmosphere.

During the winter months, cozy up to the real wood-burning fireplace. Guests are welcome to bring their own wood, or request some for a minor fee.

This house truly has it all and stands out as one of the best vacation rentals in Bay St. Louis.

Weekend at the Blue cottage

Our weekend stay at the Blue Cottage was amazing, it was very clean and only a short walk from plenty of cute shops, restaurants, and the bay. We will definitely return to the Blue Cottage on our next trip to BSL.

We stayed at the home for a long weekend and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in BSL! The property was easy to access, plenty of room, easy to check in, very clean! It was very convenient to shopping and restaurants as we mostly walked everywhere we needed to go!

Great Family Wedding weekend

We were in town for a family wedding and the home was just perfect for our stay! The Patio gave us room to do small flower arranging, the bedrooms were perfect for a four adults and two children. The best part was having our own bathrooms with each bedroom! The location was perfect as other guest stayed close by, and it was close enough to walk nearly everywhere we needed to be! I highly recommend this rental.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and clean! The host was absolutely wonderful and responsive and also left a sweet gift for the birthday girl! You can’t beat this location! The house is in the perfect location for shopping and dining. Love how everything is within walking distance. The house could use a few updates, especially the wood floors. We are already planning another long weekend.

Perfect Family House in the Heart of BSL!

Our family stayed at this house to celebrate our son's 7th birthday and it was wonderful! The house is spacious and right in the middle of town within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a half bath in the living area for guests to use. The owner is so sweet and responds quickly to any questions. We'll definitely stay again!

Kerry is awesome !

We had a little issue upon check in , and Kerry , in true Superwoman fashion sprung into action to take care of us ! She was awesome to work with ! The house pictured is not the one we stayed in ; however , it was fantastic! Beautifully decorated and so spacious and clean !!!! Will definitely recommend Kerry to anyone heading to BSL.

Perfect location!

We were a family group of six: 2 grand parents, two parents and 2 children 11 and 7yrs. We loved our stay and easily could have spent several more days. The house is quaint, comfortable and best of all this area of Bay St Louis was a short walk to many great food options with oysters being our favorite! The area had everything to keep us all happy. Pass Christian was a ten minute drive to more super clean beaches and the BEST tour with Captain Dan of Island Hopper Charters. We’d go back to this place just for the oysters and another outing with Captain Dan!
