Love the property enjoyed my stay. Just wished the shower water was a little bit hotter and would have been great if the bathroom door was able to close but, besides that great stay!

The property appeared to be a new facility as there were renovations in place. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower flooring was treacherous and very slippery. I feared that I would slip and fall while showering. Signs posted in the dining area stated breakfast would be from 6:30am to 9:30am on Saturdays and Sundays, but this was not adhered to. I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk, and she stated the sign was incorrect. There was an incident between the employee clearing the dining room and a guest on Sunday morning at 9:10am while several guests were having breakfast. Two guests were turned away and they were told breakfast was over at 9 AM. I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk as I checked out and she said that the sign was not correct and that breakfast was over at 9 AM. This incident expressed poor management. I do not look forward to staying there again.

Furst, the bedspread was horrible, too thin, the bedding loked old and wrinkle and worn. The breakfast was horrible, no meat, but had eggs. The orice of them rooms are too expensive for the service we received. The elevator door was gross and needed painting. Baseboards in the bathroom was horrible and the toilet tissue holder was out of the wall. Then you have drug addicts hanging around. Nice floors tho.

This property is under rated, this is not a bad hotel at all. The only problem at this point in time which will get corrected probably within the next 5 to 7 days is the construction around it leading to the hotel. Other than that I would recommend staying here.

Construction going on around the roads leading to the property was inconvenient. Tried to change my reservation, they provided 0 empathy, compassion or willingness to work with me. The noice above me the first night by very loud slamming noise above me. The second morning we were woken up by a screaming child in the hallway at 6:15am that lasted for 30 minutes.

Staff was great easy check in/out helpful. Parking good.breakfast typical. Only complaint was strong chemical smell when we enter hotel maybe new flooring or cleaning carpet not sure but they need deodorizing agents in hotel rooms humidity made everything feel damp? Clothing bedding etc and towels have musky smell. Should smell fresh/clean. Overall would recommend them I think just honest opinion from me.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Great attitudes! However, the rooms were bad. The first room was wet and mold was on the wall. We were moved to another room, there was no plug for the bathtub, the microwave screamed, the smoke detector was wrapped in tape, everything smelled bad, there was no place to hang anything. Not even towels, and the lamp was rusted.

The property was in a good area but the property was very outdated. Our hotel room didn't have any cable so my small kid's couldn't watch television. They lied and said they had direct tv but really they only had 4-5 stations. The phone in my room didn't work. They said the phone works sometimes. I never stayed at a hotel and had these problems. I pray they update their hotel.
