Great new townhome near both hospitals and colleges. Close to downtown. A garage to keep your vehicle safe and snow free! Open main floor concept with bedrooms and laundry on the second story. Private fenced yard to give you a spot to unwind.
Sleeping for 6 in three beds upstairs - 1 twin fold out available.
No animals. No trailer parking.
Complementary weekly quick cleaning for all bookings longer than 7 days.

Our cleaning staff are trained to clean, sanitize and stage the property quickly between guests. They do appreciate a few things upon your departure:
• collect garbage and dispose in the dumpsters outside (check under beds and tables for personal items and garbage).
• start dishwasher if any dishes remain
If you are so inclined, bath rugs from all three bathrooms are the first thing they start in the washing machine upon arriving to clean.
