We had reserved a single queen bed room. We were given a double queen room. The bathroom looked as though it was in the process of remodeling, no toilet paper holder, shower curtain laying in the tub. TV remote did not work & they did not have a solution to make it work. After we checked out & were on the road to our next destination we noticed that I had left a phone charger cord & cube in the room. They said they would go check the room as housekeeping had not done that room yet. They never called back. We stopped there on our way home the next day. The property manager, or at least we assumed that is what she was. Told us they did not find any charger cord & cube in the room. Yet that room was not booked for that day. I said then find out which staff member has it, The lady went to the back room & came back with a charger cord & cube, not mine, & said I could have that one. Well the cord is bad & does not work. Very unhappy with the management of this facility. I will be contacting them to replace my charger cable that obviously that someone from housekeeping has it.
