The Space:
Things we can control - cleanliness, amenities, communication and ANY requests.
Things we CAN’T control - the neighbors, the location, the size/layout of the house.
Conveniently located 4 minutes from the hospitals, MSUB, Rocky College, downtown Billings and 8 minutes to the Metra. This home is technically a duplex- it shares one small wall (where the fireplace is)
The backyard has a partial privacy fence and you may end up parked next to another guest/tenant in the driveway.
Otherwise it’s very private feeling once you’re inside!
The porch has 2 steps from the driveway to the door.
We do have an air mattress for up to 2 more guests if need be. Otherwise, 2-4 people can stay comfortable between 2 queen beds. One bedroom has an attached bath. The other bedroom is on the right side of the hall next to the laundry closet. There is a bassinet style fold up baby bed in the 2nd bedroom. Weight limit and age limits, do not use if child can pull to stand or is crawling.
Enjoy an open concept kitchen/living/dining area.
