  • Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located downtown DUPLEX. Just 5 minutes to many restaurants, bars, and entertainment; including Saturday Farmers Market & live music at Pub Station. Take a walk in the tree filled historical neighborhood, filled with charming Victorian homes. *NOTE: The back yard is fenced but shared with the neighbor.

    The space
    This quiet duplex has 2 bed, 1 bath, with living room, dining room for 4, and washer/dryer on site (SORRY, NO DISHWASHER). One bedroom up and one down in the basement. Bright and cheery living room includes smart TV and wireless internet. Simple and quiet. Dogs are welcome with fee, sorry NO CATS and NO SMOKING. Thanks!
