The room was clean. The shampoo conditioner and body wash containers on bathroom were filled. Breakfast was awesome. Hot tub was good but the jets didn’t work real week but it was nice to sit in and relax after a long day on the road The staff were awesome. Super friendly

The staff was friendly. The bedding was not changed, it was stained, and had hair all over. I actually witnessed the house keeping remaking a bed with the same used sheets as we were leaving.

The absolute best thing about this hotel and the reason I will come stay with them again is the staff. The front desk ladies and housekeeping spent a full day tracking down a missing AirPod for us. They went above and beyond what I ever expected them to do. We were able to get it back and have one happy kiddo because of their kindness and generosity. We will stay here again.

This hotel is old and it shows. When we entered our room none of the light switches worked. We had to turn on all the lamps to have some light. In the bathroom we had to use the light up mirror to have any light at all. Which was probably a good thing since the toilet had black stuff in the tank. There was moisture on the floor outside the fridge and it smelled of something. The microwave was also smelly. There were coffee pods, but no machine for them. Breakfast was very busy. However, the eggs were either runny or rubbery and the sausage was really salty. The positives: the beds were clean and comfortable. For one quick overnight it was fine. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The check in was the only positive I had with this hotel. The front desk girl was very polite and friendly. Walked in the room and it had a very strong odor of what smelled like cat urine. The nightstand had some sort of brown sticky stuff on it. There were hairs in the sink and stains on the bedding. After seeing the condition of the room I didn’t use the pool or hot tube and didn’t bother with the breakfast as I don’t even want to know the condition of the kitchen. I needed a place to stay for a night on a road trip and next time I’ll just sleep in my car. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.
