"So, for the last 3 years, I've slept around 200 nights in hotels and this is only the second time I bother to give a negative review... First of all, there was hair all over the sink? I mean, it was easy to see, and clearly no one has bothered to clean it. Second, hair in the bed as well. It really felt like someone had used the room just before us and nothing was cleaned. Now to the worst part - the windows was dripping on the inside from condensation. The room was REALLY cold. The floor was...

"Very dissapointing. We stayed in August and on our arrival the hotel was closed. There was no one on the grounds, i tamg several times and no one was picking up. Finally, i saw someone walking with bed sheets and asked if this person was working in this hotel and they confirmed. It turned out it is a receptionist. "We were first offered an upstairs apartment but I explained my condition and was immediately offered a beautiful ground floor flat with all amenities We didn’t use them except the kettle and the shower was great The sitting area and bedroom was a lot better than expected All in all fully recommended for short or long stay. The town with its tree lined foot ways was a peaceful dream Parking was private and secure.. Thank you for our stay"

"Didn’t realise that the hotel didn’t have a night porter , so couldn’t check in. Ideally located for business trip to local pharmacy company, but hopeless if you can’t gain access. I would have thought it may have been courteous if the hotel would have prompted me as we’ve become so reliant on assumptions that text has been read, that o ended up sleeping outside in the car overnight when the temperature was minus 3."
